How Do I Certify Loan Verification Certificates?

Federal Regulations require that an LVC must be completed and returned within 10 business days of the date received to the address provided below.

Note: When the consolidation process is complete, a loan holder will receive payment for the sum of principal, interest, and allowable collection costs and fees. A guarantor will receive payment for allowable collection costs and fees. However, a guarantor's principal and interest balances will be accounted for with a SF-1081 form from Treasury.
